For the Independence Day 2024 limited edition Raptor+Talon combo, we chose a quote fitting for an election year that came from our 26th President, Theodore Roosevelt Jr. (1858-1919). Teddy wrote the following in his 1913 publication of "An Autobiography". "A vote is like a rifle; its usefulness depends upon the character of the user. The mere possession of the vote will no more benefit men and women not sufficiently developed to use it than the possession of rifles will turn untrained fellaheen into soldiers. This is as true of woman as of man- and no more true." A fitting testimony from T.R. that is as relevant today as it was over 100 years ago.
